Currency Selection

You my choose to shop in Canadian or US $$. To select your preferred currency, please use the drop-down menu on the top left side of the website.

For online shopping we accept the following payment options:

Email money transfer (please email to info@FENIGO.com) How to do it? - To send us an email money transfer please log onto your online banking account. You should be able to locate a link to email money transfers. here might be a fee for this transaction. Please check with your bank. Automatic Deposit is enabled for our Account (Fenigo Inc.)

Sales Tax

The following tax will be charged in Canada:

Alberta - 5% GST
British Columbia - 5 % GST
Manitoba - 5 % GST
New Brunswick - 15 % HST
Newfoundland & Labrador - 15 % HST
Northwest Territories - 5% GST
Nova Scotia - 15% HST
Nunavut - 5% GST
Ontario - 13% HST
Prince Edward Island - 15 % HST
Quebec - 5% GST
Saskatchewan - 5% GST
Yukon Territory - 5% GST

Pre-ordered products/Out of Stock Items

Generally, orders containing out of stock items will be shipped complete when we receive all the items. We will ship partial orders upon your request, however extra shipping charges will apply.

Modifying Orders that haven't Shipped yet

If your order hasn't shipped yet, we'll gladly modify it. Please email us at info@FENIGO.com with the changes you'd like to make (adding items, deleting items, cancelling your order completely, etc.).

Price Matching & Coupons

We are a small business that works very hard (and have fun while doing it) to offer a great variety of litter-less life products at competitive pricing. We DO NOT price match.
