Meet the Founder

Fenigo was founded by Jana Salcevica, who grew up in Latvia where reusing containers and avoiding waste was simply part of everyday life.

That early experience shaped her belief that sustainability doesn’t have to be complicated - it can be practical, accessible, and even enjoyable. Since starting Fenigo in 2008, she has focused on bringing well-designed, functional products to the Canadian market that make it easier for people to reduce waste without overthinking it.
